Welcome to Xtendency Academy™. These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern your use of the services and products provided by Xtendency Academy™. By purchasing and accessing the Academy’s products and services, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not proceed with your purchase.

Xtendency Academy™ is provided by Xtendency a trademarked company, with its headquarters located at Block B B28-067, City, SHARJAH-Dubai, UAE Government of Sharjah, Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park Free Zone Authority.

- Xtendency Academy” or “the Academy” refers to the online training platform offered by Xtendency, providing courses and educational materials about artificial intelligence (AI) tools and workflows.

  

- “User” or “Customer” refers to the individual or entity purchasing access to the Academy’s services.

- “Service” refers to the subscription-based access to the Academy's courses, content, and live classes.

- “Payment Plan” refers to the recurring payment subscription model, where payments are made either monthly or annually.

Xtendency Academy™ offers exclusive access to AI video and imagery training designed to help you enhance your creative process.

This program includes:

- Live Weekly Workshops: Gain clarity on AI tools and workflows with live guidance from industry experts.

- Exclusive Online Materials: Access videos, cheatsheets, tutorials, and AI tool documentation.

- Personalized Coaching: Benefit from expert advice during live Q&A sessions.

- Community Access: Connect with like-minded creatives in an exclusive online group.

All courses and content are digital-only, and you will have instant access upon registration.

By subscribing to Xtendency Academy™, you agree to the following:

- Pricing: 

  - The Early Bird Price is $49.99 per month for the first 15 seats. This price will automatically renew unless canceled before the next payment cycle.

  - After the Early Bird pricing ends, the monthly fee will revert to the standard rate of $79.99 per month.

- Recurring Payments: 

  - Your subscription will be automatically renewed each month unless you cancel it.

  - Payments are billed on a recurring monthly basis, beginning on the date of your registration. By entering your payment details, you authorize Xtendency Academy™ to charge your card at the start of each billing cycle.

- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards via Stripe, and payments are processed securely through a third-party payment provider.

At Xtendency Academy™, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. However, to be eligible for a refund:

1. You must attend at least one live class.

2. You must submit a refund request within 30 days of your initial payment.

Please note that refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of the request. If a refund is granted, the amount will be returned to the payment method you used during registration.

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your Academy Dashboard and course materials. 

You will also be granted access to:

- The Academy’s online platform (available on desktop and mobile).

- Live classes via Zoom, which will be recorded and made available for rewatch.

- Additional materials such as cheatsheets, AI tool documentation, and other resources to support your learning.

When you register for Xtendency Academy™, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering for the Academy and to promptly update your account details as necessary.

In case of a lost or stolen password, you must notify us immediately to protect your account and prevent unauthorized access.

Xtendency Academy™ reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Sale at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. By continuing to use the services after such modifications, you agree to the revised Terms.

Xtendency Academy™ reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the services if:

- You violate the Terms of Sale.

- You fail to pay for the services as agreed.

- You misuse or distribute course materials.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Xtendency Academy™ does not guarantee any specific results from using the course materials or participating in the live workshops. You understand that success in your creative career is dependent on the application of the information provided and Xtendency Academy™ is not liable for any failure to achieve personal or business goals.

In no event shall Xtendency Academy™ be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Academy services.

Xtendency Academy™ values your privacy. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your personal data is collected, stored, and used. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Dubai, UAE, as applicable.
